Barefoot Bootcamp

Props: Kettlebell Substitute Heavy dumbbell, milk jug or laundry detergent
Start chugging your water now, this TruFusion favorite brings the intensity! Bootcamp is a test of mental and physical strength, combining Pilates, yoga and high intensity interval training for your most demanding workout yet. Get ready to sweat and reach new heights, this class will turn up the heat on your personal goals.

Tru Pilates

Props:Dumbbells Substitute 2 water bottles
Pilates, like you’ve never known it before. Tru Pilates is a flow-based class including a series of classic Mat Pilates, high intensity interval training and yoga to challenge mental and physical stamina. 

Tru Barre

Props: Barre Substitute chair Dumbbells Substitute 2 water bottles
It’s always happy hour at the barre. Tru Barre will set your seat on fire! High energy music will keep you motivated as you pulse, tuck and shake through muscle-toning micromovements. No dance experience required, but booty shakin’ is. 

Tru Ride

Props: Stationary Bike
Cardio lovers, clip in and rock out for 45 minutes of Tru Ride. TruFusion’s cycle class features heart-pumping drills. Sprint, climb and dance to electrifying tracks for the ultimate endorphin high. We promise it will be one wild ride.

Tru Circuit

No Props Needed
Intense. Challenging. Unpredictable. With the use of body weight exercises, you will be put through a series of circuits designed to test and improve your strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. Coupled with our signature infusion of mobility training, you just found your one-stop-shop to a lean, strong, and supple physique.

KettleBooty

Props: Kettlebell Substitute Heavy dumbbell, milk jug or laundry detergent
With the Kettlebell or without, KettleBooty is the ass-kicking you’ve been waiting for. KettleBooty is a flow-based, lower body dominant workout that focuses on the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Welcome to leg day, brought to you by TruFusion. You can throw in the towel or use it to wipe the sweat off your face.

Boxing

No Props Needed
Boxing will push you to find an entirely new edge. Alternating between boxing drills and strength training, you’ll learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches.

Cardio Dance

No Props Needed
This easy to follow cardio dance class combines fun choreography with your favorite funky pop and hip hop beats. You can’t help but smile while you burn calories, sculpt your body and rule the dance floor.
